鋅具有耐腐蝕性，浸鋅作為一種獻(xiàn)身陽來保護陰金屬的方法，壽數(shù)取決于它的腐蝕鋅鍍層的阻力和腐蝕速度。熱浸鋅的鋅層厚度一般在6μm以上，鋅與鐵的結(jié)合面構(gòu)成一層鋅鐵合金，進(jìn)步了鋅層的粘附性。國外對各類不一樣環(huán)境前提下的熱浸鍍鋅層進(jìn)行了大氣顯露試驗，從檢驗效果來看，熱浸鋅能夠滿意電纜橋架運行壽數(shù)的要求。

因為熱浸鋅具有耐腐蝕性、高功用和比，因此熱浸鋅鋼橋被廣泛運用于國內(nèi)外。熱浸鋅不易變形等問題，需要在電纜橋架的構(gòu)造上及浸鋅技術(shù)上加以思考。別種涂層的橋架抗紫外線才干差，容易引起銹蝕，構(gòu)成大面積涂層起泡脫皮，一般不適合戶外運用。

二、電鍍鋅工藝

對于沒有特殊要求的電纜橋架來說，電鍍鋅與熱浸鋅比較起來技術(shù)簡單，本錢較低。電鍍鋅經(jīng)鈍化處理后能夠明顯地進(jìn)步其防腐功用。電鍍鋅層一般在6μm左右，因此不適用于對耐腐蝕壽數(shù)要求較高的場合。

After passivation treatment, electrogalvanizing can significantly improve its anti-corrosion function. 電鍍鋅我國有頒布規(guī)范：如GB/T13912-2002、JT/T281-95、GB2694-81等。挑選電鍍層時，涂層厚度，涂層吸附力強，通過耐腐蝕試驗，不同的訴求對于目標(biāo)的挑選也是不同的。我國現(xiàn)在出產(chǎn)鍍鋅橋架的廠家，在參考國標(biāo)時也不盡相同。選用電鍍鋅鎳合金或鍍鋅后進(jìn)行高鈍化處理，可以明顯進(jìn)步橋架耐蝕性。

三、粉末噴涂工藝。

3、 Powder spraying process.

PVC資料一般是粉末涂料，聚酯粉末或防腐粉末，涂層厚度約60μm 。靜電噴涂具有外形漂亮，抗化學(xué)腐蝕的功用。但與金屬鍍層比較，粘附性低，耐臟性和耐磨損較差。遭受簡單外部撞擊，可致使其局部涂層掉落，使得內(nèi)部鋼材腐蝕，構(gòu)成大面積涂層起泡脫皮。運用UV涂料的橋架，一般不適合在戶外運用。

PVC materials are generally powder coatings, polyester powders, or anti-corrosion powders, with a coating thickness of approximately 60 μ M. 四、涂防銹漆。

較大尺度的構(gòu)件，因為鍍鋅設(shè)備條件所限，一般只能選用涂防銹漆的方法來處理。這當(dāng)然具有本錢低，操作便利等優(yōu)勢，但防腐蝕性能較差。其工程壽數(shù)短暫，為了確保工程質(zhì)量，一般不宜運用。

Larger scale components, due to the limitations of galvanizing equipment conditions, can generally only be treated by applying anti rust paint. This certainly has advantages such as low cost and convenient operation, but its anti-corrosion performance is poor. Its engineering lifespan is short, and in order to ensure the quality of the project, it is generally not suitable for use.

不管在沿海地區(qū)濕度高或是空氣二氧化硫指數(shù)高的區(qū)域，現(xiàn)已廣泛運用鋁合金橋架。電纜橋架質(zhì)料為鋁合金的，大氣露出試驗效果表明，該電纜橋架在耐腐蝕方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢，特別是選用陽氧化鋁腐蝕，效果非常好。
